Our Surprise Bags and Mystery Bags are curated surprise products.

By purchasing a surprise or mystery product, you acknowledge and agree that the contents are intentionally varied and that no two bags are necessarily identical.

We do our best to keep product information, descriptions, photographs, and prices accurate.
However, products may sell out or become unavailable without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated during checkout.
We accept payment methods made available through Shopify and its payment providers.
An order is not considered complete until payment has been successfully processed.

Customers may request cancellation within the cancellation period shown at checkout, provided the order has not already been fulfilled or shipped.
Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
7. Returns, Refunds & Damaged Orders
Our Surprise Bags and Mystery Bags are final sale.
We do not accept returns or exchanges simply because a customer does not like an item, expected different contents, or changed their mind.
However, we want our customers to have a good experience. If you receive the wrong product, an item arrives damaged, or something that should have been included in your order is missing, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue.
We will review the situation and, when appropriate, may provide a replacement, refund, store credit, or other reasonable resolution.

8. Shipping
Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless a free-shipping promotion applies.
Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and shipping charges are displayed during checkout.
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery times are controlled by the carrier and may be affected by delays outside our control.
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.
9. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and provide photographs of the package and damaged contents.
